Doctors advise exercise and well mannered eating during pregnancy to aid and ease delivery and as such, a pregnant woman has gone the extra mile. This differs from the behaviours of African women as the normal thought is that she should be free from house duties and allowed to rest (which excludes her from performing any exercises or moving about a lot) throughout the months of heavy pregnancy.


But a pregnant mama is showing us the lengths she can go to make sure her baby comes out crying the right way. The pregnant lady identified as Kokobie took to her social media page on photo sharing app, Instagram to share some mind blowing yoga poses which look quite impossible for a woman as heavily pregnant as she is.

With 39 week into pregnancy, Kokobie revealed that she feels no discomfort as she stretches and twists.
