Your Parents Can Determine How Long You Will Live





You probably don’t know this and maybe you are already confused, anxious and already scrolling to the bottom of this article to get the answers.



But it’s true; popsy and momsy can determine how long you will live, so you should pay them a little more respect if you have been crossing the boundaries with them. 


So how can my parents determine how long I live?

It is all in the genes 

Studies have shown that children of longer – lived parents will live longer as well, because they have lower chances of getting the diseases that affect people as they age like vascular disease, heart failure, stroke, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. 

Now, before you being jubilating that you may live longer than Methuselah you should understand that your parents probably from the early 1900s were eating better than you are today, I mean less refined foods and more naturals. They were breathing better than you are today, I mean less air pollution, cleaner fresher air . They were more active than you are today, I mean going to the farm was the best morning exercises anyone could offer you, right?. And, they used better healing choices which include natural herbs.


What should I take home?

You just read that your parents may determine how long you will walk the earth and the next thing you should go into is an investigation. 

If your parents are dead and died due to a disease or illness you should find the cause, if it’s genetic or not.  f your parents are alive you should also do ask them about the kind of diseases they have battled once in life and check if it is genetic or not. 

If your parents died early, it does not mean you will die early, that is if you live a healthy active lifestyle and have a great diet.

Studies have shown that Japan which has the longest – living population in the world achieved this through active lifestyles, good diets and supportive family structure.. 

So I mean eat great, do some exercises, like jogging, skipping, squatting for 30 minutes – 1 hour in the morning would be a great start.
