4 Exercises You Must Do To Improve On Your Sex Life For Good

Last week, I read a news article in which a lady dissolved her six-year marriage due to a poor sex life. As it was noted in the article she was tired of having to manage for six years and wanted out. Well, sex is becoming more important in relationships these days and it might soon become a determinant of how long a relationship will last.

Most men are already scrambling on how to last longer in bed rather than give their partner more orgasms while most ladies are looking for how to get more orgasm with less stimulation.

Fortunately, you wouldn't have to pay a dime to a therapist to fix your sex life because you can do yourself. In this article, your favorite health blogger will be sharing 4 exercises from my experience and research that will change your sex life completely.

Here are 4 exercises that will improve your sex life.

FOR MEN

1. Jogging

Jogging is a great exercise that not only helps in building your sexual stamina and improving on your energy levels it also lowers the risk of erectile dysfunction.

A study of 31,000 men over age 50 proved that aerobic exercises are just the thing you need if you are looking to boost your performance in bed.

Brisk walking and running also help in several ways like releasing anti-depressants like endorphins into your body system which help you relax. So, jogging wouldn't just make your day better it will also spice up your sex life.

2. Kegels and Jelqing Exercises

I have read a lot about lasting longer online and when you read them, they really sound like the real deal, but none of them has ever worked best in delaying ejaculation like Kegels and Jelging Exercises.

These exercises work to strengthen your pubococcygeus (PC) muscles which are in control of your release of urine and semen. By practicing Kegels and Jelqing you will be able to delay your ejaculation for as long as you want to without stopping for a second.

Through Kegels, I was able to move from 5 minutes to 20 minutes (excluding foreplay) and things have never been better.

Note: The average time it takes for a woman to reach orgasm is 20 minutes, but most men only last an average of 5 minutes.

FOR WOMEN

3. Pelvic Floor Exercises

These exercises are just the same with No.2 above and work in almost the same manner.

Pelvic floor exercises lead to more enjoyable sex: easier arousal, stronger orgasms, more pleasure. If that's not enough, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles also protects against urinary incontinence.

4. Flexibility Exercises

This is where yoga and stretching exercises come in. You can't expect your sex life to be great if it doesn't come with many adventures and if you only go for the missionary, cowgirl, reverse-cowgirl and other popular positions.

There are many better sex positions out there and they would require a little bit of flexibility and stamina, and that's where yoga and stretches come in to spice up your sex life and your relationship

Practicing yoga will give you better sex by allowing your body to get into creative positions for maximum pleasure during intercourse. Yoga will help your flexibility, which can result in better sex.

So there you have it. Men can also try plank exercises for more stamina and all-round body improvement.
