4 Ways To Last Longer In Bed Without Using Drugs

Most men orgasm under six minutes which is completely natural but on the flip side women could require 20 minutes to reach the big O and that could require a great amount of stimulation.

So How Can A Guy Last Longer?

A stroll through the online library called "the internet" and you would see hundreds of thousands of articles providing one natural remedy or the other.

Nowadays, you don't have to be stinking rich or a gentleman to keep a girl's heart. If your bedmatics is great enough, a girl would care less about how broke or bad-ass you are, she would definitely stick to you.

Which is one reason why the sex industry is booming as most men are running towards artificial enhancement and drugs which side effects they don't care about.

I remember the deadly effect of tramadol and her brothers and then those acclaimed natural enhancement products which I could never trust.

So, I decided to stick to the natural ways and learn more about my body chemistry and after 1,000 books, articles and many months later. I came up with these 4 ways you can last longer without using drugs.

1. Kegels and Jelqing Exercises

Lasting longer is more about control and this exercise simply provides it.

Kegels target your pubococcygeus muscles (PC muscles). These muscles control your urine flow and assist in ejaculating by contracting to release sperm. Kegels helps strengthen these muscles by giving you control over your contractions which can help you delay ejaculation and in turn makes you last longer.

Bonus: It can also make your orgasm stronger and more intense.

I have not yet written a detailed article on how to perform Kegels (sorry about that), but I can provide some sources which can help you learn and practice them.

You can try this one or you can simply search for it on YouTube.

2. Excitement/Breathing

By breathing I refer to excitement, the more excited you are, the faster you will come. This is the reason why you come so fast when you are having sex for the first time with a partner or in a long time.

When having sex try not to breathe from your mouth or even hold your breath which is what you normally do, but breathe from your stomach instead.

This will not only reduce your excitement but also make you relax and feel more comfortable especially if you are nervous and worried that you wouldn’t last long.

When you are getting close to the land of no return, change your breathing pattern by go for slower breaths, squeeze your pubococcygeus muscles and go for slower shallow thrusts.

3. Thrusting

Thrusting too deep or too fast plus over the top excitement is a sure way to come quickly.

When going in you should start with slow teasing shallow thrusts to help reduce excitement and also stimulate her.

You can go with these for about 2 - 5 minutes and while at it, put your hands to work and stimulate her erogenous zones.

Shallow thrusts make your penis to get used to her vagina when going down on her for the first time (or the first time in a long time). The thrusting method also delays orgasm.

You can switch between fast in and out thrusts and slow shallow thrust or slow deep thrusts anytime during sex.

But don’t go for just thrusting all the way. In between sex, you can stop completely to stimulate her vagina (clitoris) and/or breast (also other erogenous zones) or switch to shallow thrusting and stimulate her or let her stimulate your penis with her mouth, hands, and breasts.

4. Lifestyle Habits

Lifestyle habits like sleep, exercise and diet can also affects how long you last. Sleep is a big player here as it can wreak havoc on your moods and libido and also affect how long you last. Exercise, on the other hand, is very important for stamina which you would need if you plan on going for 30 minutes without ejaculating.

So once again health and fitness are very important for a great sex life.

So there you have it.
