
Being a great dad and being fit are two things that are never easy. Ben Jackson, a 45-year-old man has his own success story after unveiling his 12-week transformation.
The 45-year-old swapped pies and beers for low-carb salads (carbs means carbohydrates by the way) and protein shakes as part of a strict nutrition and training plan.
Ben, who is the director of All Mix Concrete, is now urging more middle-aged men to get on board and embark on the life-changing journey.

According to him, age should not be a limitation when it comes to setting new fitness goals.
He said: “As somebody who has a career in trade, I’m always surrounded by younger blokes on the yard who poked fun at my middle-age beer belly, so when I was approached by MyProtein it was a no-brainer.
“I hope the results inspire other middle-aged blokes that they can still reinvent themselves physically and mentally regardless of their age.”
Every day there comes an amazing reason why you should exercise. I do it for the physical, mental and emotional benefits (Do you know I take a jog whenever I am stressed out or frustrated?) and so should you?
