These amazing body transformations inspire us that we can be anything if to we just put our mind to it. I am not just going to upload photos of those whose who went from fat to fit, but also photos of those who went from thin to fat. 

Some of these people have Instagram and youtube accounts which I will drop here so you can check them out. Exercising and eating right is the best choice you can ever make for your body, it does not only affect you externally but internally. 

So here are 7 amazing body transformations that will blow your mind 

1. Julian 

Julian is a 26-year-old student who went from nerd to fit in just 18 weeks. There is a lot of controversy around his story with many people claiming it is not possible, well Julian has his own youtube account with over 34,000 subscribers. You can check it out

2. Phil Jones

Phil Jones is a 27 year old French American and wants to be an actor and a humorist. 

Like so many others, his weight gain started when he was in deep depression and then developed problems with sleep apnea. 

All that changed when his doctor advised him to exercises or his health condition will only get worse. And after 1 month Phil had a story to tell.

Being a great dad and being fit are two things that are never easy. Ben Jackson a 45-year-old dad with 3 kids who got his own success story after unveiling his 12-week transformation.

The 45-year-old swapped pies and beers for low-carb salads (carbs means carbohydrates by the way) and protein shakes as part of a strict nutrition and training plan.

According to him, age should not be a limitation when it comes to setting new fitness goals.

Of course. But unlike the others, my amazing transformation is not external but internal. See, I have always taken care of my body since I was a young lad with John Cena (WWE Wrestler) as my role model so I have never really had to battle with weight gain. 

But, after taking my fitness routines more seriously, I have experienced a tremendous change in my mental health which I can call an amazing transformation. For me, stress, stress eating, strain, depression, and frustration are no problems because I have already taken care of those through fitness.
