8 Weeks Workout Plan For Weight Loss (No Gym Required)

I promised to release this workout plan for weight loss (no gym required) this month and yes, I've delivered on that promise. 

This workout plan is fit with cardio, strength training exercise and HIIT exercises. I have tried out all the exercises to understand how effective they are and how best it will work for beginners. 

The best thing about this workout plan is that you don't need to go to the gym to do it. You can do it at home and still lose weight and get in shape just the same way. If you wish to introduce fitness equipment, you could use your treadmill for your early morning runs, you can use dumbells and kettlebells for your lunges, planks, hip thrusts, squats and jumping jacks to make you lose weight faster. 

Go through your exercise immediately after waking up and before breakfast. 

Remember, to do your exercises in the perfect form, don't rush through them or you will struggle and struggle with your weight loss.
