Here Is How Sleeping Late At Night Affects Your Performance In Bed

Sleep has been linked to various mental issues such as depression, memory problems, poor decision-making ability and so on, but for most men, it couldn't be worse as the amount of sleep you get affects your testosterone levels. 

Testosterone Levels

Testosterone is the male hormone affects a man's s*x drive and not getting enough sleep can lower your testosterone levels. A study published in the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA), found that after one week of sleep deprivation (less than 5 hours of sleep a night), young men had 15 percent less testosterone than normal — which is what's killing your performance in bed in the first place. It will also affect your ability to last longer in bed, making it  harder for you to control your ejaculation

Also, researchers believe that lack of adequate sleep plays a role in erectile dysfunction (your ability to get and maintain an erection). A 2009 study of men with sleep apnea-a sleep disorder proved that the connection existed after 70 percent of the 401 men used for the study were shown to have erectile dysfunction. 

Brain Functions

Another way lack of adequate sleep is killing your performance in bed, is by limiting your brain functions. Lack of adequate sleep affects the brain in many ways including risk-taking, decision-making, and moral reasoning which affects how a man thinks and his focus during s*x. 

Worse of all, it also affects women too, lack of adequate sleep affects vaginal lubrication and her ability to get aroused s*xually, so that could make her less likely to have s*x or for both of you to enjoy the activity.

Sleep is meant to give our bodies the much-needed time to recover. It's how the body takes care of itself, with little sleep the body does not get the adequate rest it deserves which makes affects your ability to concentrate and do things right. 

You might think losing sleep gives you more time to get things done, but losing sleep is reducing your mental capacity, making you less smart, less intelligent, more grumpy than you truly are. Lack of adequate sleep also makes life look more depressing to you.

Lack of adequate sleep puts everything on the negative and if you want to see a much better and happier side of life then all you need to do is simply get some shuteye.
