Here Is Why Blood Type O Is The Best Blood Type Ever

Like seriously? Is there something like having the best blood type. Well according to several studies there is. There are 4 principal blood types with AB-negative being the rarest next to O-negative and B-negative.

Your blood type is determined by microscopic substances inherited from your parents that live on the surface of your red blood cells. So in other words, if your blood type doesn't fall in this category, there is nothing you can do to change it, but you can use the knowledge to live a healthier lifestyle to increase your chances of having a wonderful life.

According to several studies, those with blood type O seem to have a lower risk for almost every condition. Although the reason for this remains unclear, researchers believe that the difference might be the way in which the body reacts to infection and also having a lower risk of inflammation.

Having blood type O reduces your risk of several health conditions like

Heart Disease

For those with a blood type O, your risk of heart diseases reduces by 23% compared to people with other blood types. According to Harvard School of Public Health, this is due to the fact that other blood groups (AB or B) have been linked to higher rates of inflammation, which partly explains their connection to heart disease

Cancer

For blood type O's it is another win. Those with this blood type have a reduced risk for gastric, pancreatic and stomach cancers compared with other blood groups like group AB and B.

Memory Problems

According to a research from the Journal Neurology, blood type AB may increase your risk of cognitive impairment. Older ABs are more likely than those with other blood types to have problems learning and remembering things.

So, if you have the blood type O, then you are in luck. But for those who don't, there is nothing you can do to change your blood type, but there is a lot more you can do to decrease chances of the diseases and problems listed above. By living a healthy lifestyle, exercising, getting enough sleep and eating right.

So there you have it.
