While some guys, might say that "no reasonable would skip a shower before going to bed," we can all agree we have skipped the midnight bath more than once at some time. 

As it turns out, taking a shower before bed will not only help you fall asleep faster, but studies have shown that showers can awaken your mind and boost your creativity. 

Dr. Dianna Augelli of the Center for Sleep Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, showering before bed is a great way to improve your sleep quality, as it helps your body cool down and relax.

Dr. Augelli also says timing is everything, showering just ninety minutes before bed, will not only allow you dry out before sleep but also help you fall asleep faster and improve your sleep quality

So, guys instead of tossing and turning every night, under the merciless heat, simply take a shower before bed and you'd be asleep in no time.
